About
A Wisconsin company with one job.
Sevby exists because of a simple, expensive fact: restoration companies sell 24/7 emergency response, and phones don't staff themselves at 2am. When the call rolls to voicemail, the homeowner standing in water doesn't leave a message — they dial the next company on the list. The job is gone, and the shop never even knows it existed.
So we built Riley: an AI receptionist that answers every call in your company's name, triages like a trained dispatcher, and delivers the lead — recording and transcript included — before the caller has hung up. Not a general-purpose answering service with a restoration script taped on. This is all it does.
Who's behind it
I'm Bob Lopez — founder, and for now, the whole company. Sevby LLC is registered in Wisconsin and run from the Milwaukee metro. When you call, email, or reply to anything we send, you get me. I'd rather be small and reachable than big and anonymous, and our founding partners tell me that's exactly why they picked up the phone.
How we work
- Riley always says it's an AI. Every call opens with the disclosure and the recording notice. It's not configurable, even when customers ask. Trust with callers beats a smoother illusion.
- Hard guardrails. Riley never quotes prices, never promises arrival times, treats sewage as the biohazard it is, and points genuine life-safety calls to 911. It stays in its lane.
- Nothing fabricated. No invented testimonials, no logo walls, no imaginary customer counts. What we show you is the working product — and you can test it yourself right now, no signup.
- Full transparency on every call. You get the recording and the complete transcript. Nothing is summarized away.
- Simple economics. $299/month flat. No per-lead fees, no contracts, keep your own number, cancel anytime.
