Sevby LLC ("Sevby," "we," "us," or "our") provides an AI phone receptionist service for water-damage restoration companies. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to sevby.com and to our SMS lead-notification service.
Information we collect
- Account information you provide at signup, including your name, business name, email address, and the mobile phone number you enter to receive lead notifications.
- Lead information captured by your AI receptionist during inbound calls to your business — such as a caller's name, callback number, location, and description of their issue — which we process and deliver to you.
- Usage information such as message delivery status and basic service logs used to operate and improve the service.
How we use information
- To deliver lead notifications to the mobile number and email address you provide.
- To operate, maintain, secure, and improve the service.
- To respond to your requests and provide support.
- To comply with legal obligations.
SMS lead notifications
If you provide your mobile number and consent at signup, Sevby will send you SMS notifications when your AI receptionist captures a new lead. These notifications may include the caller's name, callback number, and a short description of their issue. Message frequency varies with your inbound call volume. Message and data rates may apply.
You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message; you will receive a single confirmation and no further messages unless you opt back in. Reply HELP for help.
How we share information
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share your mobile number or SMS opt-in with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes. We share information only with service providers that help us operate the service (for example, our telecommunications and email delivery providers), and only as needed to deliver the service to you, or when required by law.
Data retention
We retain account and lead information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service, and thereafter as required to meet our legal obligations or resolve disputes.
Your choices
- Opt out of SMS by replying STOP.
- Update or delete your account information by contacting us.
- Request access to or deletion of your personal information, subject to applicable law.
