These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the services provided by Sevby LLC ("Sevby," "we," "us," or "our"), including sevby.com and our AI phone receptionist and SMS lead-notification service (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

The Service

Sevby provides an AI phone receptionist for water-damage restoration companies. The AI answers inbound calls on behalf of your business, captures lead information, and delivers that information to you by email and, if you opt in, by SMS.

Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to act on behalf of the business you register. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for maintaining the security of your account.

SMS lead-notification program

By entering your mobile number and agreeing to receive SMS at signup, you consent to receive recurring SMS lead notifications from Sevby. These messages alert you when your AI receptionist captures a new lead and may include the caller's name, callback number, and a brief description of their issue.

• Message frequency varies with your inbound call volume.
• Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier plan.
• Consent to receive SMS is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
• To stop messages, reply STOP to any message. To get help, reply HELP or email support@sevby.com.
• Supported carriers may change, and carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Your use of the SMS program is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

Acceptable use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with applicable telecommunications and privacy laws. You will not use the Service to send unsolicited messages or to collect information without a lawful basis.

Your data

You retain ownership of your account and lead data. You grant Sevby the right to process that data as needed to provide the Service, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Service availability

We work to keep the Service available and reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sevby will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, or leads, arising from your use of the Service.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
